I signed a 7 month lease with this community and had nothing but terrible experiences from the date of signing. On the day of signing, I overheard the leasing agent and maintenance man talking about a unit that wasn’t ready for leasing. He advised her that it wasn’t ready to rent, further stating, “The door isn’t even up yet.” She rudely told him to “Hurry up and go get it ready,” as if she were scolding a child. Come to find out it was my unit that they were discussing. The agent was hesitant... to give me my keys, but I got them anyway, only to find the same maintenance man in my unit fixing said door. During my stay, I had consistent maintenance issues with my unit that weren’t correctly addressed until 1-2weeks prior to move out when a new maintenance team was hired. The office staff was and is extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive. They didn’t offer a resolution nor a different unit during my stay, outside of multiple pleas and them having multiple vacancies. Even after move out, I‘m still experiencing issues, now being told I can’t get a deposit refund because I didn’t provide a 60 day notice which was in-fact provided multiple times starting around 60 days after move in; to the old office staff who is conveniently no longer there. Just moved into a very spacious one bedroom apartment. I love all of the amenities and the location is great for commuting.

From the Management to Maintence they are all very accommodating and get things done

They be claiming damages in the unit just to keep your deposit

They supposedly are going to renovate the apartments with new counter, black appliances and fans in each room. Doing this so they can jack the rent up more. I have lived here over two years now and honestly there are newer apartments that you can pay more for and not have to worry. Every few months on so they have to come out to check my ac, there are paper thin walls where they have "tried" to fix them, holes under my one bathroom counter, screws sticking out from the cabinets, it goes on and... on. The grounds are horrible. So many dead palm trees and all the branches blow down after each storm. Takes several days to get it all picked up. They need to remove the trees. They run a background check, but even with that they have people moving in that in no way could have passed. I walk my dog after dark and early in the am and constantly see homeless walking around. One day when I left for work I saw where someone left their trash bags up against people's ac, I reported it to the office and they were not even picked up by the time I got home, it smelled horribly.
