Maintenance arrive in a timely manner once a work order is put in. There could be an upgrade in the trash removal area. Seems to be broken a lot

The apartment was not move in ready by my standards and a staff member was aware of the obvious issues and apologized. Appliance are old and painted with appliance paint, not even 2024 standard appliances which are black, no microwave which was in the model unit but not the unit I got. Kitchen was painted poorly, dead bugs in the room and kitchen cabinets.

This place is seriously awful.
Smell is disgusting which they had never told us when we came for a viewing. The oven is broken and smoke detectors are also broken, we kept complaining about that many times but no one seems to care. The gym does not have wifi although it says there is but no signal, doesn’t exist, I told about that many people but no one did anything to change. The water bottle server near the gym is broken too. Truly this is the worst apartment I even stayed in my life.

Well i say the same thing every month valet trash would make my earrings higher because these dumpsters get so full that trash is around it they should invest in valet trash but i am sure that would increase the rent but the community dont look inviting when you pull up to trash everywhere and its also not good to look at when you sit out on balcony or patio .
