If you like to be disrespected this is the place
It is unfortunate that a property with such a good location has such poor maintenance. It is an open area for anyone who wants to come and do what they want and the administration is deaf and blind to complaints. Those of us who pay rent a day each month do not have parking lots when the relatives of other tenants come to visit and stay for up to two weeks do not respect even the parking of disabled. There is no respect for neighbors.

Worst rental experience
Roaches and many problems with my unit since I have moved. Moved in late October 2020. Almost a maintenance call a month on averge. I have photos of roach droppings, electrical outlets not on, hol s in the walls behind the stove, oven inside and out filthy. My ac went out and I thank goodness It did because it looked like the filter area was molded on it. Upstairs had plumbing issues and water was dripping on me in my shower though my ceiling twice. Thought it was going to fall in on me.
The... units are old. Ran down. Thin walled. Hear everything. The floors are badly uneven. Kitchen sink leaks. Worst worst worst rental experience I've ever had. Rent elsewhere.

Love my new apartment
I just moved in to Planters Walk last month and I absolutely love it. The pool isn't open yet but the office staff says it will open on 4/1. My apartment is super cute and cozy for me and my children. The staff in the office is very friendly and attentive.
