My daughter rented an apartment here for one year and upon moving out, we found there were mold, spores loaded everywhere within her apartment. In the walls in the air conditioner vents and throughout the entire apartment. She was sick for 10 months straight with respiratory issues and could not figure out why. Upon moving out, they still charged us a cleaning fee. Unreal.

Great place to live!
This is my second year here and so far so good. The office staff are always friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are awesome. I haven't had a lot of requests but the times I have put one in they have responded within 30 minutes and always completed the job. Matt has been the maintenance person for many of the jobs and he is very efficient. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance staff is out every morning picking up the loose trash throughout the property. Ms. Jean is especially... hardworking. She always makes sure the property is well maintained. The place is pet friendly and there are plenty of grassy areas to walk the dogs.My neighbors are friendly and the property has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere also there is more than enough parking spaces. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious and the location of the complex is close to everything.

Beautiful apartment
Lakeside has been on point. They are very good at work orders. Completing them in a timely manner unless part is need but that is out of there control. Haywood and the team rocks

Don’t just don’t
The worst place. It’s gross, tired and just needs lots of work. There are so many apartments in the area. DON’T EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY! Seriously…I moved out after 3 months..don’t do it

Don’t waste your time if you can afford it
Bugs are a common feature in the apartment. I have done everything I can to keep them away and I still manage to see at least one in the apartment once a week. I’ve done my own sprays and have had the pest control service they provide come by as well. Maintenance hardly ever finishes a job, I’ve had floor coming up in the apartment since the day I moved in (over 6 months ago) and I have put in multiple requests for it to be fixed and they come look at it say they’ll be back with the tools, and... they never come back. They also paint over EVERYTHING. The bathtub had rust all in it and it was covered up with paint and has been slowly revealing itself as the paint chips away. Water damage was painted over as well.
