We have had mold in our apartment for idk how long. We had issues being stuffy. Took all precautions & have found mold coming out of our vents, washer machine, & dry wall. Have had this issue notified & it's been three weeks & all they've done is clean the vents out w bleach. Horrible place.

I lived here in 2018 and then came back in 2021. I loved it here, the property offered everything a resident is looking for. Friendly staff, well maintained areas, apartments spacious and priced right. Maintenance issues attended in a timely manner. But I am saddened to say that this past year this has changed and not in a positive way. The noise is horrible, doors slamming, people talking loud at all hours of the day. And to top it off Blasting music that literally vibrates everything in my... apartment. I work from home and it is unbearable you just can’t even speak on the phone with anybody with the noise without saying concentration hard to achieve. We have been here for two years now and we really like it a lot. It’s a great community, wonderful neighbors. The staff here are absolutely amazing. They take care of everything for you. Even when you have a problem, they take care of it immediately! Great location, great staff, just a great place to live.

Great prices, spacious rooms and professional staff (front office & maintenance). The grounds are well maintained and always clean. Low noise level- this includes the additional apartments being built. I would highly recommend these apartments.
