Roaches Roaches Roaches gnats gnats gnats. bad management no maintenance repairs and been here one month trash trash trash. no peaceeee

RENTERS BEWARE these apartments are infested with cockroaches. After signing thr lease I came to clean my apartment before moving my stuff in. ( it was night time by the time I came back to clean). I swear no lie my boyfriend had to kill at lease 15 roaches in the first 5 minutes of being there. Mind you there's hasn't been anything moved in yet. I hate the sight of roaches if I would've known I would have never signed. I have had to throw away appliances because of them nesting inside which... they refuse to replace. I also have pest come out every single week and it seem as if it makes it worse not better. If there wasn't a roach problem I'd renew my lease because I have no other problems with the complex maintenance is good about coming and fixing problems really quick. But these roaches are running us out of here. And my boyfriend coworker just moved out here with his girl and infant child and they say they have the same problem and too embarrassed to even have company over. Obviously the whole complex is infested, we don't even stay near each other. They are obviously not doing anything to fix the problem either. So if you hate roaches don't move out here, NO, if you have children don't move out here. I've also had to throw food away. I've brought containers to seal up food and some how they still managed to get inside. A freshly bought loaf of bread had to get thrown out because one managed to get in there. STAY AWAY!!!

First i want to start with the owner she stays on top of this place she lives on cite i think this speaks high volumes 1) Your Safety 2)The Cleaness of this apartment complex makes me rate it a five.3)The office staff was so helpful and professional anwsered all my questions.4)The apartment are clean a very big plus the layout is Beautiful done .5) Nice size washer and dryer for an apartment. 6)I absolutely think this is the best apartment out their i have looked at many and put my money down... right away trust me this is the best apartment complex in Jacksonville and the Apartment is priced right besides all this the aminities are out of this world. Beautiful sparkling pool, clubhouse,computer lab ,fitness center.WOW just cant put into words what a great community this is. I am ready to move in. I am picky and i couldnt find anything wrong.If your looking for an Apartmemt check here first you will be glad you did.
