This apartment complex is unsafe, and mismanaged. In just six months of living here, I have experienced the following: -My car window smashed in. -Multiple thefts from my doorstep. -Property stolen from my back porch. -Gunshots in the area. The situation is so bad that even the police advised us to move out for our own safety.
As far as the management is concerned, they quietly switched management companies without informing residents, then abruptly eliminated the rent payment system. With... zero notice, tenants were forced to scramble for cashiers’ checks and money orders.
This place is unsafe, and unstable. Living here is a risk to both your property and your personal safety. Avoid at all costs.

Very Nice & Affordable
Looking for something within my budget that is not undesirable to live in has been a challenge. This place truly fit the bill! I was impressed with the playground as we drove in. The staff were friendly. The units were really nice. I really like that it’s a mixture of apartments and townhouses. The location and view are top notch. We are exciting to be moving to be residents soon!!

THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT
They are renovating all the apartments and I can say they have a big turn around from previous management I love the apartment I am moving into on Tuesday I highly recommend you to go with the leasing agent Bella she is amazing and got me into the apartment that I always wanted and the apartment is beautiful they are really doing their thing when it comes to the units and the community is beautiful and very clean

DONT DO IT
Went to view and apartment. Did not bother. grounds were littered with trash. had to literally dodge trash and debris in the road, all the way through the complex. Disappointing, lived there is high school and it was a great complex

Nice Place
Good place for the price. I have a view of the river and it’s pretty quiet. New company just bought the property so the are renovating every apartment. It’s clean and nice!
