My fiancé and I have been living here for over two years now and I can say with confidence that it is worth the rent! We feel that it is worth the price for the location. They take good care of the facility and there's a dog park for your pets! They are honestly very pet-friendly and responsive to any maintenance concerns. The only reason I did not give this apartment complex a fifth star is because I feel that sometimes the residents could be a bit more responsible with cleaning up after their... pets and since it is not gated, I don't feel as safe as I could. But in general, I would recommend this place to live if you're looking for affordability, good location, pet-friendly, and responsive staff.

Availability
Application and website for Apartments.com list units as available. Contacted apartment leasing office, only to find that they currently have no units available and the earliest anything will be unoccupied is more than a month out. Leasing office employee was rude and showed little concern about promoting interest in their property.
