Just moved in.. Maintenance is taking awhile. My apt was not move in ready. My porch screen is broken amongst other things. Leasing agents are great though. Rent is fair. Neighborhood has kids playing in the courtyard. Neighbors are nice.

No longer a fan of here. Never had regrets for living somewhere. Never had the issues I have with leasing office. Was happy to be here when I first got here. That happiness is gone. My mental is destroyed. I only speak for myself and nobody else.

Very nice and quiet place. Staff is very friendly. When you have a problem, or need maintenance they are there right away. Close to restaurants and shopping.
