Absolutely has been a first class experience from start to finish. Kelly, the manager and her staff are not only knowledgeable but no nonsense. You tell them what your needs are and what your wants are and they will let you know if they can offer that. I love the straightforwardness, but also the friendliness and professionalism. Just moved in and my apartment exceeded my expectations. Thank you again for such a pleasurable experience and glad to call this my new home.

I visited this property as a prospective resident. The buildings are nice and the grounds seem generally in good order. During my visit, I toured the grounds and also spoke to other residents. There are mixed opinions about upkeep of the appliances/major services like AC which is concerning.

Apparently living near the pool is problematic due to noise and lack of enforcement of pool rules by management. One resident suggested that I come back in the evening hours to assess the noise level... for myself. I was shocked at the clear violation of the pool rules and inconsiderate residents being VERY loud and offensive (yelling, profanity) and pounding music. I would NEVER suggest living in any proximity to the pool until management deals with this issue in a meaningful way.

Based on the interactive map on the website, it appears that the majority of the open units are around the pool. This is not likely to be a coincidence. For this reason, I will be looking elsewhere.

A former resident shared internal community postings confirming that others have the same concerns with lack of enforcement around the pool area. Seemingly, this is an ongoing issue. If you choose to rent near the pool, BEWARE!
