The unit is 1200sqft with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled stand-up shower and floating vanity. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a slide-in gas range, white quartz counters, soft-close cabinets and a restaurant-style faucet.

The living room has a brick (nonworking) aesthetic fireplace and a large front-facing sunroom.

Please be aware this unit is in a building built in the 1920's and has limited closet space. One room has a built in closet the other has an ikea pax wardrobe. Just a heads up before you apply.

Also, as part of the lease my tenants sign a house rules document that, among other things, regulate quiet hours. Loud night owls will not be a good fit. This is an older building (although fully renovated in 2015) that has shared walls. My tenants are respectful of each other.
