We could absolutely use a Gym, having access to a gym on site would be convenient, furthermore promoting Healthy Activities. Moreover access to the pool area without walking through the rental office as well as being open on weekends.

The building I live in is crazy to find a parking some people just have people over and take all the parking . That’s the only part I hate about living there
