No tengo quejas es un lugar excelente , con normas muy buenas porque si no fuera así sería un relajo el es personal de oficina muy buena atención y son las tres muy amable a la ora q llegues con alguna inquietud ellas te explican y te resuelven con un amor y respeto,la limpieza de las áreas comunes excelentes y el personal de mantenimiento muy responsable me siento feliz en mi apartamento gracias a todo el equipo de la oficina atentamente gardenia

This is for anyone who sees this. Please stop and read. For your sanity and most of all the safety of your family, do not move to these apartments. Like myself at the moment, most of the residents who live here have to wait and leave when their lease is up or simply cannot afford anything else in a different location. I cannot stress this enough. When this property was first built the first residents were of course going to give 5 stars due to the apartments being new. Just under a year later,... residents were already complaining of something as horrible as a shooting that LITERALLY happened very close to my building where through my window I could see a yellow carp over the victims body. In all the years I have moved around and in all of the properties I have lived in, I have never heard the amount of gunshots I have heard even right in front of one of my windows. My children are terrified every single day and because of lack of a certain income I've had to deal with these horrific shootings. Months ago a resident posted a nice comment about a gentlemen named Brandon that worked in the leasing office here. That employee had been gone before the resident wrote that review. Management is horrible they don't care about tentants they only care about money . Plenty of thefts robbery and shootings . NOT WORTH IT

You can’t do anything here. If you have kids forget about it. Pool & Park always closed these people make up their own rules can’t open the windows in your apartment can’t do anything! It’s sad. Only good thing is rent affordable I wouldn’t recommend anyone unless you want to be a prisoner in your own home

I love living here but I am moving to find a place with a backyard for my children. I have no complaints& the staff is excellent!!!!
