The termites and spiders in this apartment complex are absolutely terrible. The apartments get extremely hot when using the stove, which attracts more termites. I stayed here for a year, and one early morning, while sleeping in bed with my infant, I was woken up by a crew working on the roof of my apartment. The maintenance man’s leg came straight through our ceiling, causing old wood, nails, dirty insulation from the roof, and debris to crash down on us. Fortunately, I was hit with most of the... debris, while my baby was covered in dirt and insulation. They offered no help and even had to clean it up myself. I decided to end my lease because of their poor response. When I left a review on Google, the “new management” lied and stated that I was only upset because I tried to return and was turned down. This never happened. Other than being dishonest, I’m not sure what the new management is like, but the apartment itself is still the same. It’s full of little brown spiders and termites. My bathroom also had mold, and when I reported it, instead of treating it, they sent maintenance over to spray it with bleach. It was a temporary fix, and the mold returned after about a month. This place is expensive for a mediocre place to live. Gotta find something better with a better quality for the appropriate price.
