This place honestly isn't the worst you could do but it definitely isn't the best. I rent a 487 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment for $631 per month which is arguably pretty affordable for what you get. My only complaint about the apartment is that it's outfitted with a very cheap linoleum flooring which proves to be hard to keep clean over a period of time. Somehow I've overlooked the poor cabinetry work in the kitchen and bathroom which are desperately in need of an update though completely... functional. Pest control is needed as well.
