Sugar Coated Advertisement!!! Do not move into these apartments. They are so outdated. When they say they are updated it is a quick fix. Dumpsters overflowing with trash. You have to register your vehicle, or it will be towed away and if you have company that are there after 10pm they have to PAY FOR A PARKING PERMIT to stay at your apartment. This place nickel and dimes you to death. All kind of fees. To use the pool, you have to pay $25 a month amenity whether you use the pool or not. Wiring... in the apartments are a hazard. The gym consists of a treadmill and weight bench. Management is never in the office. Always has a note on the door. She used to be friendly but now she is rude, same for the maintence guy. these apartments are not worth the price you pay in rent. All the reviews that have 5 stars, the manager of the complex put those reviews in.
So glad my lease is up and I am moving from this hell hole of a place.

Feels Like Home
Living at Eastwood Oaks Apartments in Hilliard has been an amazing experience. The community is quiet, well-kept, and genuinely feels like home, but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Kimberly, the property manager, is absolutely fantastic. She’s professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about the community.
And Jesse — hands down the best maintenance technician I’ve ever encountered. He’s... quick, knowledgeable, and always friendly. Any time something needs attention, he handles it efficiently and with a great attitude.
Between the welcoming atmosphere, the clean and comfortable living spaces, and the outstanding team running the property, Eastwood Oaks is easily a 5-star place to live. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment community in Hilliard.

Great Property
It truly deserves every one of these five stars. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure residents feel comfortable. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team always follows up to make sure everything is working perfectly.
Kimberly and Jesse are an amazing staff!!!
The grounds are clean and well-kept, and the amenities are exactly what you’d hope for — from the fitness center to the pool to the common areas, everything feels modern and... thoughtfully maintained.
What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. It feels safe, welcoming, and peaceful, and I always feel proud to invite friends and family over. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and great service, this is absolutely the one.
