I wanted to leave a review because this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had staying in a complex like this! Kania is the best—she is such a friendly, well-mannered, and helpful young woman! We lived there as a family—my husband, my son, and our two Chihuahuas. The apartment is on the second floor and features huge bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a large living room with a stunning high ceiling and a wonderful little balcony—which my dogs absolutely loved! The hallway has plenty of... room for all our shoes, and there is a separate laundry room for washer and dryer. The kitchen is small but convenient; it could easily be expanded with a few extra fixtures. The living room has a beautiful, cozy electric fireplace with a faux flame that creates a lovely, romantic atmosphere. The grounds are amazing, too—very clean and beautiful. My favorite spot was the lake, which is teeming with life: turtles, ducks, crane, and much more! The office is open to residents 24/7, which was incredibly convenient; I worked late nights, and since I didn't have a washing machine for the first month, I could go to the office to do my laundry. The gym is great as well—you can work out while waiting for your laundry to finish. The pool is small but clean and deep enough for actual swimming, not just wading knee-deep. I could go on and on about this place because I absolutely loved it! We had to move to another state for work, but if we ever get the chance to come back, we would definitely return to this complex—it’s a little slice of paradise in this harsh, difficult world! I didn’t notice that the AC has stopped working until I went to go turn it down at night. Because apartment is cool enough during the day I don’t have to run the AC. But I like it really cold at night that’s when I noticed about 11 o’clock that it had kicked itself off so the maintenance man came within 10 minutes when I called him. They are super nice , super friendly even if it’s after hours. Everyone is so friendly here And it’s beautiful place to live.

This has been a great community to live in. It’s right next to a pond so taking the dog on a walk it’s so peaceful and the dog park even has a tub to rinse off your pup. The community managers are really attentive. It’s quiet and very clean and I enjoy it around here.

Dairus from the maintenance team is amazing! He came over to fix my patio screen, which was ripped off during this last storm (which he did) but while he was here, also addressed a few other issues we have been having. These were completely unrelated to my original problem but while he was there, he said he would do his best to fix the others issues. He fixed 1 and confirmed the parts were ordered for the other, and assured me they would install it as soon as it comes in. All of this was... communicated and done while I was away at work. Couldn't ask for better service.
