Prepare yourself to have the following in your apartment with you: hundreds of roaches, rats, snakes, and lizards, flooding from neighboring units leaking in, broken appliances, and more! All things i've dealt with in my time living here. And my neighbors all have the same complaints. Maintenance does nothing substantial. They put bandaids on severe issues because they are money hungry, selfish people.

They get a ton of negative reviews on Google and then they send in a ton of fake positive... ones to trick people. Maintenance staff does nothing. Management will not do anything about your issues, aside from keeping your security depot for being an inconvenience.

I have lived here for six months and they claim the gym is 24 hours yet it’s really only open during the office hours. The pool has been broke the entire time the parking is a joke and the management on sight could care less about anything but themselves

Poor costumer service, roaches everywhere, Pool is disgusting, gate never works, parking is a headache, they don’t enforce policies, management doesn’t care.
