The large closet is 10 feet long. The second... bedroom is 5 x 9.5 feet or 48 square feet, for office or small child’s room. Spacious living area, and eat in kitchen with a 5 by 10-foot sunny breakfast nook. Kitchen has refrigerator, ceramic glass top stove, microwave, chef's stainless steel prep counter and chrome shelving. The home contains about 900 square feet of living area, but feels larger due to high ceilings and lots of natural light. Window blinds are provided throughout.

Washer and dryer hookups are on the back porch. The cottage has a backyard concrete patio area and front lawn to relax outdoors, and private off street parking spaces for several cars right by your front door.
