Hookers, drug dealers, pimps, gang fights, unsupervised children reaking havic, adults empty car trash in street, overflowing dumpsters, office locks doors AND writes their own 5 star reviews Nd then answers to them as if....GET THE PICTURE?

This place is improving everyday and you can see it. The new maintenance team is wonderful and keep the grounds spotless, the team in the office tried their best to help you out when you need it, and the work orders are completed in a timely manner. I love it hear and hope you all consider checking them out!

Roaches! Roaches! Roaches! If I could give them a -0 I would! To cheap to buy bigger dumpsters so the trash wouldn’t be every where! Never fix nothing! Can’t keep a maintenance man! Dirty breezeways, stairs and buildings! DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE!!!!!!!! I guess management is writing their own reviews and lying! Don’t fall for it!!

This place is horrible. The 24 hour maintenance is for AC only. Office only opened when they feel like it. There is people moving into unfinished apartments so they are sleeping in the clubhouse area. They also won’t fix anything unless you yell about it.

I've lived here for almost 2 years. The apartments are nice when you first move in & the office is friendly for the most part. However actually living here is a nightmare. I have things in my apartment that have needed fixing since I've moves in may 2016, when you call the office even during business hours it always goes to a voice mail system saying to leave a message or call back during regular business hours and they never call back. You now have to sign in your guests whenever they come to... visit and make sure they're not there past 2 weeks you will be harassed. The pet policy was changed after I signed my lease now you have to check in your visitors pets if you have any in your home , I am a pet sitter so this is very annoying also being harassed about a dog I watch who does NOT leave my apartment while here. Maitenence comes into your apartment to "check" things out but never fixes anything. The dumpster is always over flowing there are dozens of buzzards on it everyday picling at trash people are too lazy to throw in the dumpster. My neighbors throw dirty diapers in front of they're door and will leave them there for days, kids are screaming bloody murder all hours of the night, your visitors need a parking pass or will get towed if they see anyone who "doesn't belong" as in pay rent or on your lease they will harass you about it. Ive had people watching me as a drivr in and out trying to see who is in my car and ask me about. Even had them taking pictures of my friends dog who was on my porch cuz its against breed policy but the dog never comes out of my apartment while here. One of the main things is the office is always closed and when it's closed everything I locked the pool the rec room the gym and your mailboxes are not accessible.
