The marlow is a new apartment complex that is right across the street from Forest park and extremely close to the major shopping centers. The apartment is modern with an open floorplan. The kitchen is very spacious and the walls are well insulated from the extreme heat. I enjoy the views especially near the forest on the patio. There are many amenities specifically with the pool area and fitness room are better than most in the area. The management team has been amazing since the beginning,... always willing to help and work with me on any situations. The maintenance is very good in my experience and are always polite and helpful when things go wrong. We have been leasing a 2 bed 2 bath apartment since July and have had no complaints. Very nice pool, fitness center, mail room, as well as the apartment. If you are looking for a place to live in Gainesville that is quiet, safe, and close to UF and Butler Plaza this is the place.

My girlfriend and I have been living here since July. Great and quiet community. Perla has always been a great help when needed. Love the pool and offered amenities.
