too many roaches
Moved in a few days ago and am extremely disappointed about their major roach problem. They have shown no effort to help rectify the problem.

Nightmare!!!!!!!
The only reason this place has 5 stars is because they paid the residents to do so. I have lived here since 2019, out of necesity NOT by choice. This place is a dump. Its dirty and the management is complete garbage. If you can avoid living here save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Excellent community. Savannah
Excellent place to call Home. the staff is very attentive to your individual needs. Ray, Tracy, Danny Paige are wonderful office staff. You feel home when you rent in Savannah. The Maintenance crew is excellent. Very prompt.

Poor communication
I have been living here for 4 months and have had problems with my rent payment, their online payment processing never works so I had been bringing in money orders and they have messed up my rent every month and I had to explain it to them for it to be fixed, they couldn’t even find the problem themselves. They never answer the phone or any emails the only way to get a response is to go into the office. Our apartment is fairly nice and clean but if I would have known I would have so many... problems with management and getting answers I would have looked elsewhere.
