Great for the most part. I’ve had some issues with my recycling boxes not being taken with my trash. I’ve also had a little bit of difficulty contacting the office via email, and my neighbors have been a little noisy in the middle of the night lately.

I like living in Residences at Markets West so far. The people form the office and maintenance are very friendly. Recently the changes the coffee machine, which the new one is pretty bad, I wish they can put the same or similar as the one we had in the past, those coffees and chai tea were really good, I really liked that amenity.

The community is generally quiet and feels safe, making it a nice place to relax after a long day.... Parking is convenient, and the shared areas are kept clean and organized.
