Bugs they can’t seem to get control over, in educated staff residents rights and don’t care the people here just care about getting their rent checks people trash the tennis courts they don’t care about. People think they are entitled to be disrespectful to others around them not place rest to rest or relax . The guys they have now trying to do their jobs to do repair s are really nice and over loaded with work orders and are trying to their best but so far behind in orders they can not... get to every thing yet still you have work orders that don’t get done . Bur management needs help the say people do give them a chance to make things right but truly they don’t care to the just as little as they can. Just enough to get you in the door and after that they wash their hands of you . If you like bugs you will be living with the your full lease and they have the worst pest control

Her unit has been receiving biweekly treatments for several months. However, our pest control vendor, Massey, has advised that they can no longer apply additional chemical treatments at this time, as they believe it would not be effective under the... current conditions. Massey has noted that a lasting resolution cannot be achieved until unclean apartment conditions are addressed, specifically the removal of pet food being left out and the cleanup of dead insects.
Please note that we have not received similar concerns from other residents. We take all resident concerns seriously and treat every pest control request with care and urgency. Massey continues to provide biweekly treatments throughout the community until any reported issues are resolved.

Lost my work at home job due to poor internet
They force us to use broadstar during lockdowns I got a job working from home as a customer service rep. We have to chat with customers seeking help on the website. I lost my job due to frequent drops and time outs. Keeping my job depended on customer satisfaction surveys. No one was able to complete chats with me. The complex is wired for fiber optic from AT&T but the complex won’t allow them to provide it. We can’t have cable tv or internet from local Cox due to the complex being in some... contract with broadstar. If you are a gamer don’t move here, if you want to stream tv the internet is too slow, if you work online you will not be able to work here. We live in a world full of tech. Moving here is like having a flip phone after you’ve had an iPhone. You literally cannot do anything you need or want to do. Oh and the tv is beyond stupid! Fuzzy picture, bars in the middle, the same show on 2 channels at the same time. I don’t even turn it on anymore. They include it in the rent by force and it SUCKS!!! They are insane here. AVOID!

Poor first impression
Recently moved in and was very upset . Apartment wasn’t clean correctly at all microwave dirty ,oven dirty , doors missing from my master bedroom and my 2nd bedrooms bathroom. I honestly feel like I made a mistake moving here. I had Cobwebs in some of my rooms . I will be sure to share the pictures will be calling the corporate office.
