Overall, the staff has been lovely and the apartment is very nice for the price! There are a couple of problems I had coming into the apartment, however. For example, the plumbing to my shower was leaking into the downstairs neighbors and the bottom drawer to my dresser was broken. Other than that, I have nothing but nice things to say!

Living is nice for the most part. The garbage system is not the best and is a pretty far walk considering how often I have to do it. The maintenance team has come a long way I will say that. I love the apartment other than the trash policies in place. Very nice layouts!

I have been enjoying the new management! They helped make Lexington a lot better than it had been for a while. I will say, though, maintenance time of response could be better.

Amazing place! The staff truly care about residents. Great location, safe, clean, and welcoming. I would recommend this complex to everyone!

I’ve been living at Lexington Crossing for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient — just a quick bus ride to UF, with the bus stop right outside the complex. That’s been a lifesaver during busy semesters.


There are tons of amenities here — two pools, a decent gym, a clubhouse, and even study spaces that are actually quiet enough to get work done. They also host occasional community events that are a nice touch if you’re looking to meet people... .

Management has improved over time, and they’ve been pretty responsive whenever I had a concern. Rent is reasonable compared to other places in Gainesville with similar amenities.

All in all, Lexington Crossing is a solid choice for students looking for a comfortable, convenient, and social place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it. Read More
