If I could give this place 0 stars I would. You pay so much money for absolutely nothing. The fire alarm is constantly going off, the pool pipes exploded & for 4 months, the didn’t fix the problems that the pool caused, there’s leaks all over the building, the structural integrity of the building is horrible & the management & maintenance crews are awful. They don’t care about you or whatever problems their building is causing you. They take forever to do things. They blame the residents for... everything. It’s a horrible complex. I would stay away from any apartment managed by Core Spaces.

Don’t move here!
Fire alarms constantly buzzing every other minute… building wide, they can’t fix it, it’s been about a year. Pool is always leaking down into apartments, they love to jackhammer and drill also… absolute nightmare.

It's mid. Good wifi and location. But lots of maintenance services do not arrive easily. Pest control was never given when I requested it several times. They also keep trying to charge you for everything. The one good thing was the fact that they let me put my bike here for free, and now they will start charging for bike storage next year. Very lame. Apartment will fall apart. Everything is made of very flimsy material.

I really like living here! It's much better than the dorms and the location is amazing with it being so close to campus. The facilities and the apartments are super spacious and comfy. I defiantly plan on renewing again for the next school year.

It’s been good but the maintenance request took like 2 hours. Granted it was 1 am but they told us they would call back quick and every time we called they just said they would talk to the maintenance guy
