I love the chelsea community The community is family friendly kids can play safe outdoor. All the accommodations are available nice and well kept. It’s an alll around awesome place for a family.??

Just Moved In
LaDonna in the office has been great. Her attention to detail has been helpful during move in. The maintenance team I've encountered so far have been pleasant. The process to get applied and move in was smooth. I'm happy with my unit and appreciate everyone here making it an easy process. They have monthly events scheduled in the community. The children's playground looks better than some parks. My unit was clean when I moved in and everything was in working order. Overall I'm happy with my... choice to live here.

Sad to be leaving
Chelsea Apartments has been a great home for us the past 3 years. Newly renovated interior and exterior apartments, dog park with waste stations throughout the complex, always clean pool and gym, and a friendly on site staff. Just minutes away from downtown, UF campus, and the Gainesville airport. We will miss getting those text messages telling us there are fresh doughnuts and coffee in the front office!
