The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a dining table. It has the original cabinets and includes a separate breakfast nook that could also serve as a small office space.

The apartment includes one full bathroom, and an additional half bath located under the staircase. The main bathroom features a classic footed tub.

A wraparound porch with a porch swing is located on the west side of the house, while the screened east porch includes a ceiling fan for comfortable outdoor living.

The shared laundry room includes a free washer and dryer for use by both the first-floor and second-floor tenants. The second-floor tenant is a law student.

The water heater supplies hot water to both apartments. The owner pays for the gas used by the water heater, as well as the water and wastewater bill, saving tenants approximately $45 per month on their GRU bill.
