Thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns seriously and want to clarify the situation to ensure accurate information is shared. All residents are provided with clear move-in requirements prior to their scheduled date, including the need to... have utilities, such as electricity, set up in their name effective on move-in day. In this case, multiple scheduled move-in dates were missed, and despite our team’s continued efforts to accommodate rescheduling, the required documentation and proof of utility setup were not provided at the time of arrival. For this reason, we were unable to proceed with the move-in, in accordance with community policy. Additionally, we would like to clarify that any statements regarding prior staff are inaccurate. Our previous manager is no longer with the company, and Valerie Arman is now serving as Community Manager. We’re disappointed to see this review reposted with additional claims, as it does not reflect the full context of the situation. From the beginning, our team communicated that pricing is based on a daily rate system, meaning any changes to move-in dates or lease terms can result in pricing adjustments. In this case, the requested move-in date and lease details were modified multiple times, including instances where the originally scheduled future move-in did not occur as planned, which required updates to the lease and resulted in pricing changes. All this information was communicated via email and was acknowledge by the leaseholder. These adjustments were not arbitrary; they are a standard part of how daily pricing models function and were disclosed throughout the process. To clarify, there was no “backdating” done to misrepresent pricing. The lease documents reflect the agreed-upon effective dates and terms at the time they were finalized. All documents were provided for review prior to signing, and we always encourage residents to review their lease thoroughly to ensure full understanding before execution. We understand that changes in pricing can be frustrating; however, they were a direct result of the requested modifications made during the leasing process. Despite the back-and-forth, our team remained committed to working collaboratively and providing clear communication every step of the way. It is also important to note that after working through these concerns, the individual referenced ultimately chose to move forward with the lease and is currently a resident in our community and we remain committed to providing him, and all residents, with a positive living experience and excellent customer service. If there are any ongoing questions or concerns, we welcome the opportunity to address them directly with the resident.
