I've lived at Somerset for 14+ years now, and it really is just a little bit of paradise. The apartments are well maintained, staff is lovely, and you are just STEPS from the beach.

AC went down late on Saturday night. They had a portable AC unit to me on Sunday. The apt AC unit was fixed early Monday morning! Can’t beat it!! Steps from the beach!

While I was visiting a friend at Somerset Oceanside Apartments I toured the property and inside a 1 bedroom that has water views. The property is landscaped beautifully and is only a 1 min walk to the Gulf of Mexico!

It is my home. I drive down Santa Rosa Boulevard with a smile on my face because I know in 2 miles I will be away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, My serenity is just down the road, a stones throw away from the Gulf of Mexico. From sunrise to sunset Somerset is your best choice. Quite, relaxing and cool!
