We currently live here and are very comfortable. Very clean secure place! Anything we’ve needed (not much) has been taken care of right away. The apartments are well maintained and clean! It’s a quite nice place, if you are looking for a place, I highly recommend!

Felt like sharing about my past two years’ experience at Jaymar Apartments. I’m a contractor and I was told to leave Fort Walton Beach for another assignment. Was sad about this news because it’s extremely had to find an apartment complex so well kept up with beautiful grounds and friendly neighbors. My husband and I have lived at this community for 2 years now and absolutely love our home! The managers are amazing and take great care of the community and the residents. Maintenance issues are completed efficiently and satisfactorily. They are constantly working to make the community and service even better. The area feels safe and we live in a prime location for things to do. The landscaping is just beautiful and makes me happy to be so lucky to live in Florida where palm trees and greenery... are plentiful (we've traveled around a bit). A basic, well maintained apartment in a convenient location. The grounds are extremely well kept, and the local ownership are extremely responsive. I've been there 2 years and am extremely satisfied with the apartment.
