I was just on the phone with the landlord this morning, and wanted to see about accommodations because of my financial situation. However, he laughed sarcastically and said that he wasn’t gonna just hold the place for me. I only meant that I wasn’t able to move in for a while, and it’s understandable to want to rent to somebody immediately. Do NOT have an attitude and act like you’re better than your customers. The landlord is so rude. Very sarcastic, wouldn’t answer my questions, and then argued with me about charging rent for emotional support animals and the legality of it, saying he’s never heard of a law. I highly suggest staying away from this place.

Called in to learn about a rental and had a terrible experience. The person went on about being behind schedule and having a stressful job. Tried to request a virtual tour since I am located out of town -- most places cooperate and set up facetime or pictures or videos. This person was offended by the face time option, was rude about taking time to send a video and complained about how he has many other things to do. Overall had an unfortunate and terrible call experience!

Please Listen dont rent here ever management is the worst they are so nice until you move in and then thats when the nightmare starts Run. Dont ever move in Water Ford Apartments.

Very spacious apartments... not so nice on the outside but good on the inside all tile floors. Could use some updating on some of the fixtures. Has a bug problem in the summer. Neighborhood could be better. Overall decent place cheap rent. No one bothers you.
