“Amazing place.”
I have lived here for three years and just renewed my lease for the third consecutive year, which says a lot about how much I enjoy this community.
The property is beautiful, always well maintained, and has a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. The amenities and overall environment are excellent, and it’s a place I’m proud to call home.
What really makes this community special is the incredible office staff. The ladies in the office are always friendly,... professional, and genuinely willing to help. Every interaction has been positive, and they consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel valued and supported.
I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, safe, and comfortable place to live. Thank you to the entire team for making these past three years such a great experience

Best Complex to live in Fort Myers
Been living here for almost 2 years, recently renewed my lease and I love how attentive all the team is!! Rosa and Gheann are amazing, its always quiet, amenities are a big plus!!! Anytime there are any issues they always take care of them on the spot! If you are looking for a quiet, respecful community to live at this is it!

Great Place
Moving from NY I did not know what to expect, came across this place online not only did the place look good online, but the warm friendly voice that answered the phone. I took the bold stepped and moved here its my 2nd year going into my my 3rd. Its family oriented a very central point as per location having shopping and healthcare at the tip of your fingers. I have no regrets so far! My family and friends love this place. Some have been here from the Caribbean, other States and Europe and they... all say the same thing! :-)

Amazing!!!
Rosa was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The townhomes are absolutely beautiful, and the entire team was friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend!
