I have loved living here because it is close to campus, clean, and overall just a great place to live. I love being able to just walk to the pool and use a smaller gym whenever I want to. I also feel safe here.

UV is okay. It is very expensive and the apartments themselves are big, but they do not clean properly before move in. The amenities are dirty and outdated.

Love university village, great community and great up keep of maintenance in and around the complex the grounds are always beautiful and maintenance is great at quickly fixing things

Rough start but got much better. Staff is nice, area is nice, apartment is nice. Maintenance is good. I’ve had an issue with a package getting lost but other than that it has been fine. Monthly cost is a bit much for what it is and trash forgets us sometimes.
