Great place to live. Maintenance people have been a huge help! Every time we have had any issues they are always here within the day. Love all of the amenities as well!

The location and people at the apartments are great. All the staff are excellent as well try to help answer any questions you have and maintenance does a good job of helping quickly as well.

Living at UV has been an incredible experience. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, with great amenities that truly enhance student life. I’ve been especially impressed with the maintenance team—any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve responded the same day or early the next morning. The staff is always helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. I feel so lucky to call UV home and plan to stay here for the rest of my time at FGCU!

I like living here, leasing manager Anna is great. Maintenance isn’t the best and often does “bandaid fixes” rather than getting to the root of the problem, and that’s really the main issue I’ve had here. The study rooms are great and I use them all the time.

Extremely expensive, my apartment wasnt clean when I moved in and was missing a chair. Wifi is very poor. Great staff and amenities and the apartment complex itself is very nice.
