We discovered that our Air Conditioning Unit was not working properly. However, I must commend Lexington Apts as soon as the work order was put in, Franklin responded to the issue in a very timely manner. He worked assiduously for approximately 2 days to get our unit up and running. He did an awesome job. He demonstrated patience and good work ethics throughout the entire process. Thanks to Mr. Franklin, our AC Unit is now working.

I love this apartment complex, the staff is amazing. Maintenance is very kind as well and gets things done quickly. The lake is a beautiful view to wake up to everyday. I have zero issues living here. I definitely recommend you come check Lexington palms at the forum you won’t regret it! I love my home!!

lexington palms has been nothing but AMAZING, to my family they’re very sweet the manager is so sweet and understanding and so is staff :) ! pool is always clean and always open unlike other apartments 10/10 recommend:)
