Have had nothing but issues with this place other than the location being decent. Black mold all over because Motel-style ptac air conditioners are installed as the "Central AC" which naturally causes circulation issues, and when i informed maintenance they first tried to blame it on furniture in the way before they even saw the areas and when a maintenance guy came he just wiped down the spots a little bit and painted over it. The employees are very rude, the woman in the office always has an... attitude if she has to provide a modicum of effort and will try to get you off the phone with her as soon as possible. The same woman also told me that having 2 vehicles as i have a work van would be okay, but 1 week into my lease the property manager came up to me and said move the van or it gets towed and gave me no other options. They also tried to charge me a "late notice fee" when they didnt provide me the proper notice under Florida statute § 83.56(4), and when i informed them of this, they got very hostile and after weeks of anxiety they finally told me they were backing off after I asked the property manager.
