Management does literally nothing. You will pay for amenities that you will have 6 months out of the year. Gate is always broken. You will get tickets for parking on the property in front of office even when the gate will not allow you to enter parking lot at night. THE ROACHES will throw parties in the kitchen and bathroom. Exterminator comes once a week to spray and will never use anything different to actually END the problem. Your complaints will fall on deaf ears. And after all of this they... will raise your rent at the end of your lease and ignore your negotiations up until that time. Management will do nothing and won’t let you speak to hire ups. If I had to do it all over again I would stay in something way more modest… even a shelter to be honest. They will charge 10% of your rent for not putting your trash in the bin for trash collectors to take it. Ironically they don’t open the bin sometimes to see if there is even trash in the bin. It’s so bad that I can literally get up at any point of the night and go find a roach if I want to. The amenities are awesome!!! There’s a full gym with weights and the pool area is so nice. There’s also a spa and grill area.

I knew I should have never submitted an application when they never answer their phone. My gut told me to look elsewhere but I didn’t. After days of calling for information, they finally answered the phone and I went ahead and submitted an application. I waited a week and started calling them again. After two weeks of calling and not answering the phone, I never received an answer about my application. I had to move forward on obtaining a place to stay since I was relocating. Customer service... lacked greatly. They were rude and never had the correct information for me. I was told I was approved but then she thought I was someone else and after looking in the system was told my application had not been ran. After additional callbacks, no answer was given and they stop answering the phone. Why are you taking peoples money and not running their application. Train your staff and follow through on processing applications on time. It should not take a month, or more, to process an application. I went to another apartment and got an answer within 24 hrs, deposit and all fess paid the following day and lease signed. That’s how it should be with great customer service. Over priced. You will pay $30 for valet trash service. The company never comes on time, trash will be seen everywhere. The pool area furniture is done. The grills are disgusting, rusted, and is falling apart. The gate does not work. When you ask the front office about it, they’ll tell you it’s being worked on. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I been here now 6 months. When I moved in I wasn’t allowed to tour my apartment now I know why there water damage in several places. I was also lied to was told that there was a tub in my apartment and there is not. BSO is constantly here. Break ins happen often my girlfriends car was broken into.
