I love Quantum!

Stephanie and her team have helped me and my boy Josh for the last several months find the perfect unit. She took such good care of us and we can’t wait to order room service to the apartment and get our free bottles of champagne at the Easton. Love you Steph!

New Managers have been super helpful

I’ve been living at quantum for the past 3 years, and I’ve seen a huge change for the better in the leasing office since the new team started. Has been super helpful every time I’ve needed any kind of maintenance or have had any issues with my unit. Also, the community there is great, they host weekly events that are fun and interactive that people actually gather to. I’ve lived in a lot of places in my time but this is the first building I’ve actually gotten to know my neighbors i love it

Poor management

If you’re looking for a place to truly call home, this is not it.The management at this building is extremely disappointing. Communication and customer service seem to be completely absent. Phone calls and emails go unanswered, and when you go to the office, it is often unattended for hours at a time. There is a clear lack of accountability and concern for residents. The condition of the property reflects this neglect. Hallways are frequently dirty and often smell like dog urine. Even basic... cleaning practices are subpar the elevators are sometimes mopped with what appears to be a dirty, foul-smelling mop, which only makes things worse.
Maintenance response times are unacceptable. Something as simple as an air filter replacement can take up to a week or more to be addressed.
Parking is another major issue. The gate is consistently broken, allowing unrestricted access to the property. Although parking is assigned, there is no enforcement anyone can park in your space. Management has never clearly communicated any policy or provided signage on what to do when unauthorized vehicles take up spots that residents pay for.Mail and package handling is equally problematic. Packages are frequently lost or stolen, often left in large, disorganized piles in the lobby. Finding your delivery can take an unreasonable amount of time—if you’re lucky enough to find it at all.Overall, the building suffers from poor management and a complete lack of basic customer service. The staff appears disengaged and unresponsive, which creates a frustrating and unpleasant living experience.

Don't move here. Poor management & unsafe

Do not move here. If I could give this building a 0 out of 5 stars, I would.

The management is not just poor , it is unacceptable, from onsite staff all the way up to corporate. Maintenance routinely closes requests without actually resolving the issue. I had a floor-to-ceiling window leaking for five months, which I reported over 20 times before it was finally addressed. Had I not stayed on top of it myself, there would have been significant water damage and mold in the unit. When I asked for...
any form of compensation, one manager laughed, and another told me I was “basically just a number.”

Safety is another major concern. Over the past year, the garage door was broken for approximately eight months, allowing unrestricted access to the stairwell and building. More recently, the front door has also been broken and frequently left open, allowing anyone to enter. In the final five months of living here, as a single woman, I often went to sleep not feeling safe.

The move-out process was just as bad. I was charged a fee to use the elevator to move out something that is not stated anywhere in my lease. I understand reserving the elevator and loading dock, but charging tenants simply to move out is absurd. I was also told I would be charged for painting unless I painted the entire unit myself. No walkthrough was offered, I was informed that maintenance completes it on their own. Because of this, I documented everything with videos and am now waiting to see what bill Quantum sends.

There is nothing positive I can say about this building other than its location. The lack of accountability, poor maintenance, safety concerns, and unreasonable move-out practices are the exact reasons I moved out two weeks ago. I do not recommend living here.

Poor Management, Noise, and Zero Communication

Poor Management, Noise, and Zero Communication !
I’m a current resident at the QUANTUM Apartments
Living here has been nothing but frustrating. The manager changes constantly, and none of them stick around long enough to make any real improvements. Emails and phone calls regularly ignored—don’t expect to get a response or have your issues resolved. To make things worse, there’s loud noise coming from the lounge almost every other weekend and management does nothing about it. And on top of that...
the parking garage looks like a Public parking everyone can get access is frustrating when you come back from work late at night and you need to park 2 block away because there is no parking on the building and any control
of who parks inside the building. There’s no consistency, no accountability, and no respect for residents. Avoid this place if you want peace of mind. The building itself has potential, but the way it’s run makes living here frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless there are serious changes in management.
