This is Day 5 after move in. It's been a disaster I was not prepared for. AC unit was inoperable when we moved in, repair ended up flooding our unit and the units below. Day 4 of fans and heaters blowing non-stop. Management's response - "call your insurance and file a claim. We will let you know when your unit has been dried and is back in livable condition." Disappointed to say the least!

I am very happy to live in Emera, my only complaint is the email communication; I have sent emails to renew my contract and have not received any response.

maintenance is polite and professional. always helpful they are clearly a hardworking team.
we should however have more security actually walking around rather than just sitting in golf carts
