maintenance is polite and professional. always helpful they are clearly a hardworking team.
we should however have more security actually walking around rather than just sitting in golf carts

The building is well-maintained—common areas are clean, hallways are bright, and maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. My unit is comfortable and thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of natural light and efficient appliances that make daily life easy. Storage space is adequate, and the quiet layout means I rarely hear noise from neighboring units.
