We love the community and location. Very well maintained and the staff is wonderful and very friendly. Always welcoming/ welcoming split locations living in Pa and Florida.

Everyone is very friendly. It’s very clean here. Prime location to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Close to the beach. The views are spectacular.

Not a smooth move-in experience. Given wrong address, took 3 keys for correct mailbox, car / gate reader didn't work. Only lukewarm water in both bathroom and kitchen sinks. Still waiting for ceiling fan to work. Didn't even have the complimentary bag of move-in gifts (ie: soap, paper towels, etc..)
Hope my residency is smoother going forward.

This is Day 5 after move in. It's been a disaster I was not prepared for. AC unit was inoperable when we moved in, repair ended up flooding our unit and the units below. Day 4 of fans and heaters blowing non-stop. Management's response - "call your insurance and file a claim. We will let you know when your unit has been dried and is back in livable condition." Disappointed to say the least!

While we could not have anticipated the incident, we are grateful that our team was able to respond quickly by engaging restoration vendors, beginning the drying process immediately, and maintaining communication throughout the remediation efforts. We know that living with fans and drying equipment is inconvenient, and we appreciate your patience while we worked to minimize further damage and restore the apartment as quickly as possible.
