Too many smokers around our unit. We had to clean cigarette butts from our balcony. One damaged our outdoor table. Love dogs but some people don't pick up after their pets on the sidewalks.

All is good. Location is perfect. Very clean and neat. Very friendly personnel and supportive neighbors. Complex has own marina, which is very convenient for boat owners.

So far this place has been amazing. Maria has been extremely helpful on getting moved in and the community is very nice. I am extremely happy that my apartment search is over. All it took was a quick tour of this property and I signed that night

The main elevator to the main garage is broken and supposedly it will not be fixed for a while. This is a huge inconvenience as the floors don't line up with the garage and you need to ascend or descend steps to get in and out of the residences to and from the garage. Don't move here if you have a stroller or need assistance for mobility as this is a huge issue and has been in other buildings too. We literally cannot get to our cars without going down stairs.
The people that work in the... building are all very nice and amazing. The two concierges Rick and Lira do a great job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the temporary outage of the main garage elevator. We understand how disruptive this can be, especially for residents with strollers or... mobility needs.
Please note that the building does have two additional operational elevators available for access while repairs are underway. Our team is actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
