Emera has exceeded my expectations and beyond. Living in Fort Lauderdale almost all my life it’s the area I’ve grown to love and having a home like Emera makes It even better.

Not too happy with the current state of things. The disappointing part is, it’s not really the staff or the amenities—it’s how other residents treat the place. There are messes everywhere, gym equipment is often left out or missing, and none of the TVs work, which is frustrating. Some of the so-called "amenities" don’t live up to the hype. And don’t even get me started on the convenience store prices—they're outrageous, especially considering there’s a Walgreens right nearby.

Beautiful community. PooI and gym are my favorites. Nice territory with yacht marina and amazing view of the river canal. I love this place. The only downside is when some residents don't clean up after their dogs.
