There have been some issues, including with appliances in bad condition and needing repair, as well as with noise.
The refrigerator was replaced due to issues with the original one and the replacement required three separate repairs. Now I’m being told that I need to pay to replace the air filter which likely needs replacement due to the age and condition of the refrigerator. That’s not something that I have ever had to pay for before in an apartment and should not have to in an apartment... community where maintenance is supposed to be provided.
There have also been issues with noise from neighbors which have been quite bothersome and disruptive.
Maintenance around the community could also be better. There are things broken and in poor upkeep, despite a number of maintenance staff living at the community.

It's been a rewarding experience living here. The residents are friendly and helpful and so is the staff. Everyone is willing to give you a hand whether its advice or helping you move something. Im glad I chose to live here.
