Maintenance Team is Exceptional

It has been a pleasure living at Avalon. Since moving in a few years ago, maintenance has been exceptional in keeping the building in good condition. Mauricio and Robert are friendly, professional, and always quick to respond to my service requests.

Maintenance is Great

Rob and Mauricio are fantastic. They provide the best customer service by following up immediately to emergencies and within the next business day on anything that is non-emergency. I am impressed with the maintenance at Avalon.
