Valencia Grove is a nice place to live, We live here for the last 3 years , with covid-19 my family was affected, my husband was in the hospital for almost a month and the manager helped me by calling the hospital every day To ask about my husband, unfortunately my husband died. Valencia Grove administration was there at all times helping us in everything they could, We were in quarantine, they brought us food, medicine and everything we need, my family and I are very grateful to Valencia Grove... for all the support they gave us. The property is kept clean, if something is damaged in the apartment they will fix it immediately. the maintenance guys are very kind and always concerned about us. Thank you for all Valencia Grove .

Awful place to waste your time
Management is HORRIBLE here, they will break your lease over absolutely nothing then make you pay $1000s of dollars for it. The lady who's name I won't mention at the front desk is completely unreasonable and non understanding and will do anything to get your money out of you, the place falls apart every time you turn around which they also make you pay for. Don't waste your time :)
