It wasn't the greatest, but decent. Things weren't completely as specified prior to moving in, and things (carpet was lifting and shedding in a room) but we're making it work. So, it was ok it just could have been a little better.

Very nice apartment but 46 pages for a lease is pretty excessive. The pet screening for ESA takes too long. The fee for a pet is pretty high amount it should be based on the size and type of pet. All dogs should be on leases which isn’t always happening.

So far I am impressed with the professionalism of the staff for making my move in day a smooth process. There a lot of perks that comes with living here, the amenities are great and it’s a beautiful and safe community for me and my children!
