Moved here in June of 2025. I’ve had a great experience so far. Friendly environment and nicely kept together. Provides lots of opportunities to interact with neighbors as well!

Very responsive. Everyone so far has been very friendly. We are looking forward to moving in. The complex is very convenient and we will be close to family which what we were looking for when researching apartments.

I love my community because it is a place where I feel supported, understood, and genuinely connected. The people around me uplift one another, creating an atmosphere of kindness and belonging that makes every day feel a little brighter. Whether we are celebrating together or facing challenges, there is always a sense of unity that reminds me I’m not alone. My community gives me strength, joy, and a shared sense of purpose, and I’m grateful to be a part of something so meaningful.

Century dunes is a gorgeous property at first sight. Office staff and maintenance are on top of things. Office hours are a bit weird sometimes though. Super friendly staff!! The units are amazing and the facilities are also fantastic.

Downsides I’ve noticed are that the walls are super thing (like being able to hear someone’s phone ringing through the wall and being able to hear conversations outside as people walk by your apartment). The parking is also super limited and I’ve noticed that... there doesn’t seem to be enough parking spots for the amount of units the property has unless you want to walk a decent distance to your apartment.
