RUN AWAY
All the good reviews are from 2019 and early 2020. After the management changed all they care about is money. You won’t feel safe with the creepy maintenance guys. They won’t return deposits unless you keep calling them every day for atleast 2 months. Finally got mine after 4 months. Nothing is well maintained. If you leave a complaint for the amenities it will magically disappear but still remain broken. The gates are always broken and people keep fighting for some reason. Have to say it’s a... good area but nothing compared to what it used to be.

The complex is... (Verified Renter)
The complex is pretty good and the amenities are fair for the rent amount but the school district is not the best for the amount that you are paying we are choosing another complex with the same amount of rent but in a better school district. this place is good for people with no kids.
