Friendly staff
The apartments are very spacious and quiet. The staff are always courteous and very friendly. I like the fact that this complex is pet friendly!

Great apartment complex!
Never had I felt an Apartment complex make me feel so welcome for moving into their complex! This place is so calming yet welcoming, would recommend this place to others.

Over alll great apartments
I love the layouts. It makes 1 bedrooms feel more homey and bigger with how it’s laid out. Has good amenities. Nice area

Peaceful, clean, fair price
I’ve lived in the Harbor for about a year now, and I would recommend it as a nice place to live. Overall it is a quiet and peaceful complex which is a big piece for me. Neighbors are friendly but respect each others privacy and keep to themselves. The property manager, I believe her name is Nia, seems to be on top of things and runs the place well. The property is well maintained and generally clean. The pool is nice and also kept clean overall. The staff in my experience is friendly and easy to... communicate with. The front desk representative, I believe her name is Ahlanna, (I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly) is warm and welcoming any time I’ve spoken with her and a pleasure to deal with. Since being here I’ve not experienced any major maintenance issues with my unit. When I have submitted requests for small issues, like a shower head being replaced, the staff has came the next day to resolve it and was able to resolve any issues within 10 minutes or so. The rent price is fair with what’s on the market and my unit is spacious and beautifully renovated so I’m very happy with it. The carpet is a little worn but not a deal breaker for me and there can be normal apartment noise from time to time because the walls are pretty thin but nothing out of the ordinary. I will be renewing my lease here and I’m happy living here without a doubt.
