Many leasing agencies
Lived there for a year, the apartment complex went through 2 different leasing agencies which made things complicated when in came to giving the vacate notice, I moved out 3 months ago and they haven't sent the deposit back after reaching out multiple times, they never picked up the phone. Just called today to find out about our deposit and now the have a different leasing agency. Hopefully this new one stays, the apartments are not terrible if you can't afford anything else, but they need a lot... of renovations and maintenance.

Left 3 messages
No one call back. They are real good at taking your money (March) and then you never hear from then again. They won't return a call if you are lucky to get thru. There is nothing good about the management company!

Nothing but lazy crooks
I would not give it 1 star but you must hit something. They take your deposit promise a place and then you never hear from them again. They never answer the phone and voicemail is always full.

Do not rent from these people
I submitted 3 work orders over the course of my living here about a water leak that soaked my bedroom carpet that was never fixed. I could list several more problems similar to this.
The real reason for the 1 star though is the management. They're only in the office when their higher-ups are visiting, extremely hard to get a hold of via email or phone, and tried to keep my security deposit. Now, after over 2 months and lot of lying, I got most of it back, but there were multiple false... deductions. I'm now having to email their property management firm because the manager refuses to respond to me. I might even have to file for small claims court. Complete nightmare. AVOID THIS PLACE.
