I love living in villas, the only complaint is the weather gets rough around that time of the year. That can't be controlled but I still love it.

Moving into Southern Villas has been the worse experience of my life. They are not professionals. They say the villas have been remodeled, but it is a lie. I have been living here for two months and both the tubs leak water. Now again the tubs are broken and we have water leaks on the ceiling. The flooring was redone but unfinished. The windows are in bad conditions and have gaps where small critters come in. The day we took the keys to the villa we came in and the villa was dirty. We still have... I been living here since the last year. The management team has been superb, even towards my unique and random requests. The neighbors are nice and friendly. Their positive outlook on this apartments gives a sense of satisfaction of living here. Parking never seems to be a problem, even during the late hours.
