Have been here a short time, but the staff and process of moving in made easy. Nice dog park. Places to walk the pet. Ver comfortable living. Nice pool, and exercise room. Would recommend to others.

I recently moved here for out of state and it was the easiest process! Our place was very clean and all the appliances were updated. We have a dog and the area the apartment is perfect to walk her around, I also feel very safe while walking. If you are looking for a clean and quiet community Epic is for you.

Everything is completely updated, the screened-in porch are amazing. There isnt too much noise around. They keep the area thoroughly cleaned. They are patient with you and super nice. I just love being here all around. This is my first home moving down here to Daytona and I dont regret my decision at all

Epic was a great choice for my boyfriend and I. It's newly renovated which is a plus, and the staff is really great. The location is awesome, as it's super close to everything. Great pool and clubhouse too. Downsides are lack of storage in the kitchens, my parking space isn't always available, and it can seem a bit pricey.
