The leasing team will lease a unit right under you, and not say anything until you arrive in hopes that you lease a more expensive unit. Or even better, to have you show up to the appointment to only hand you a few pieces of paper and that information is all available online as well. I tried to like it but shady business practices kept me away.

Overall neighborhood and complex is very nice, buildings can get noisy sometimes but that comes with apartments. Unfortunately amenities get locked or closed without notice.

Beautiful gated property with great amenities, two beautiful pools, an awesome gym, and trash valet service. Peaceful neighborhood. Management is great and involved with caring for the community.

It’s a nice neighborhood, very quiet, polite neighbors so far and maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner. The amenities are also quite nice and maintained well by the staff.
