Born and raised in Shanghai, Veronica moved to Miami 10 years ago. Her journey in real estate began with a focus on luxury properties in South Florida, where she honed her skills in EB-5 investing and real estate marketing while working for a prominent real estate developer. Her expertise expanded as she collaborated with an international firm, guiding individual investors through the intricacies of the Florida market, achieving a remarkable sales volume of over $100 million within one and a half years. Recognizing the need for a dedicated space to guide and empower investors, Veronica later moved to Orlando, Florida, where she founded her own brokerage in 2018— laying the groundwork for Ratio Real Estate. Veronica actively participates in investments, bringing a personal touch to her understanding of the market in Central and South Florida. Her commitment to sharing this firsthand experience with clients is evident as she strives to empower them in their investment endeavors. In 2023, Veronica's outstanding achievements were acknowledged by the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association’s Young Professional Network, naming her one of their "20 under 40" Rising Real Estate Agent in Real Estate. Before venturing into real estate, Veronica demonstrated her entrepreneurial spirit by founding a language school during her third year of university. Leveraging her degree in language study and business, she successfully nurtured the school into a thriving education company, boasting 150 students within two years. This early entrepreneurial journey established the foundation for her connected and expert professional persona, rendering her indispensable in an increasingly competitive market.
