I' am current resident(5 years) at Waterview. The current Management team is constantly promoting resident satisfaction by responding to complains, cleanliness, maintenance requests, appearance and email communication.
Patricia is always going above and beyond to make sure your questions and concerns are handled with the most kindness and care. Many management team came and went during the years.
Laura, Patricia and the maintenance team deserves the 5 stars for what they have achieved.

Beautiful Community, unfortunately you will pay unreasonable charges for services that you never use like mail packages delivered at Office. New Management is never available to address charges concerns . Emails are not responded.At Move out charges are unfair & unfounded. I was charged $ 1040 for damages. After several emails asking for proof of damages, they finally sent me a picture of an stain on the ceiling caused by a filty AC duct , which shouldn't be tenant responsibility.

This place was not what we thought it would be.

I don’t know if it’s any different in other buildings in the community, but in the building my husband and I were shown to rent turned out to not the best as it was recommended by management.
If you are looking for a quiet place to live.. don’t move here.
Very thin walls. We have neighbors that must have home theater sound system because we feel we live next to a movie theater room.
You can also hear the traffic... from the Turnpike and Hillsboro
The lake view is very pretty .. but for the amount of noise we hear on a daily basis, you might as well go somewhere else for the same price or for a cheaper price.
I’ve spoken to management, but it seems they don’t really care too much to make things right.
We’ve been here for only 7 months and we can’t wait to get out.

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a year at Waterview at Coconut Creek and could not have been more satisfied with our experience. The property was well managed and taken care of and the staff was always pleasant and welcoming. The move in process was smooth and efficient and when the inevitable maintenance issue came up the maintenance process was quick and complete. In regards to the units, they were very well appointed with modern updates to the fixtures and appliances. The balcony... view of the lake was a great way to start the day each morning. Additionally the property was very pet friendly with added amenities including a dog park and pet waste receptacles that were both well placed and kept fresh. Waterview is an excellent place to live! The units themselves are modern, with a beautiful pound behind them. The administration is warm, friendly, and professional. Choosing to live at Waterview is a great choice, the environment within the Waterview community is very pleasant.
